RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At our company, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we are pleased to offer an exchange policy to help you get the perfect jersey.

How Exchanges Work:

To initiate an exchange, please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Defective Items: Defective Items: If your jersey arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs. Please provide clear photo proof of the defect when reaching out to our team. Once verified, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item back, and we will ship out your replacement at no additional cost.
  • Sizing & Personal Preference: If you need to exchange your jersey because it does not fit or you simply changed your mind, we are happy to process the exchange, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Exchange Conditions:

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that the jersey is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will promptly ship out your new size or style.
